A LOCAL MSP has paid tribute to Humza Yousaf, who resigned as First Minister and SNP party leader on Monday, April 29.
The main group to benefit will be carers aged 16-19 in full-time “advanced” education and carers aged over 20 in full-time education at any level.

THE MSP said that it had been a “sad day” for the party following the announcement.
Mr Yousaf announced his resignation with a statement at noon.

Mr Yousaf said was facing two motions of no confidence and the likelihood of being forced from office if he chose to stay.
