Moray Golf Club’s Five-Day Open reaches latter stages in Lossiemouth tournament
Matchplay action at a five-day open golf tournament got underway this morning after two days of strokeplay.
Jordan Edwards topped Moray Golf Club’s leaderboards at the end of play in Lossiemouth on Tuesday with a score of 138 (70 + 68), two shots clear of Raegan J Main.
Michael Watson was third (141), ahead of Brent A MacLeman (142) and Malcolm L MacLeman (144).
The best 32 golfers - everyone who shot 155 or under - has made their way into the Scratch section of the matchplay action.
Craig J Smith, who was the champion in 2023, made the final 32 and took on clubmate David Findlay (both Moray).
