Aberdeen loan teenager Cammy Wilson nets first senior hat-trick for Keith in Highland League victory over ten-man Nairn County at Kynoch Park
Aberdeen teenager Cammy Wilson scored his first senior hat-trick as Keith staved off a comeback from ten-man Nairn County.
The 18-year-old, on loan at Kynoch Park from the Dons until the end of the season, netted twice in the opening three minutes of Tuesday night’s Highland League clash.
It was a dream start for Craig Ewen’s side, who had lost their previous three games without scoring a single goal.
Nairn had Wayne Mackintosh sent early in the second half for a second booking for an alleged dive, leaving the visitors with a mountain to climb.
But they showed great resilience to pull level through two Ben Barron goals in a nine-minute spell midway through the half.
Keith were floored by the Nairn revival but were awarded a penalty nine minutes from time and Wilson stepped up to complete his treble.

His fifth goal of his Maroons loan spell turned out to be the winner as the home team held on for a 3-2 success.
There’s two more Highland League fixtures tonight and both are crucial to the battle for the title.
Leaders Brora Rangers, who are ahead of Brechin City on goal difference with four games to play, visit Huntly.
Brechin are also in action with a trip to Strathspey Thistle.
