Disruption is also expected on train services between Inverness and the Central Belt as strong winds set to impact the area prompted the introduction of speed restrictions.

This could cause delays on trains between Inverness and Glasgow as well as the Edinburgh line, with severe weather disruption expected to last until around 10.300am tomorrow (24 February).
