Lossiemouth East Beach incident leaves 15-year-old boy in hospital

A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital for treatment after a “disturbance” on a popular beach.

Police were called an incident involving youngsters on Lossiemouth East Beach on Wednesday evening.

Officers confirmed that a 15-year-old was taken to hospital for treatment.

The same boy was reported to Youth Justice Management, Police Scotland said.

Reports suggest that several police crews were on the scene and remained in Lossiemouth after the incident.
