Police Scotland seek help to trace Riley Minnican, 12, last seen in Elgin on Monday

UPDATE: Riley Minnican has now been traced.

Police Scotland is seeking assistance to trace a 12-year-old boy from Moray who has been reported missing.

Riley Minnican, from the Lhanbryde area, was last seen at around 3.10pm on Monday, February 24, near Edgar Road in Elgin.

He is described as white, 5 ft 3inches tall with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, black Joggers, white, red and blue Superdry coat and black trainers.

Sergeant Campbell said: “We are asking anyone who has seen Riley or knows where he is to get in touch”

“If you have any information that can assist in tracing Riley, please contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2760 of February 24, 2025.”
