The existing traditional farm buildings lie adjacent to the applicants’ house and existing tourist business which consists of camping pods and a campsite/caravan site, shop and toilet block.

In their submission to Moray Council the applicants outlined that the buildings were no longer required for their original purpose and the restaurant and play zone would supplement and enhance the existing adjacent tourist use.

The site currently hosts glamping pods, a number of caravan pitches and also campsite pitches for tents.
