Keith commercial store plans changing to residential use lodged with Moray Council





A planning application has been lodged to change a former commercial store back to residential use.

The building in focus is located at 56 Land Street in Keith.

The property was formerly a store for applicant A J Falconer’s electrical business.

The plans outline that the current store will be changed to residential use which will include a hallway, bedroom and bathroom.

The application is awaiting decision by Moray Council.
