Moray Council planners give Roseisles stables application the nod





New stables are set to be built at Roseisle, near Elgin.

Planners at Moray Council gave the green light to an application for a change of land use to equestrian, erect stables and form a schooling area at Wester Oldtown, Roseisle.

The plans, submitted by Wittet’s Architects on behalf of Mr and Mrs W Ruck would also see a garage contrasted.

According to the plans, there will be two stables plus a tack room and barn.

The schooling area itself would measure 40mx25m, with the surrounding fence topped by an electric fence.
