Elgin apartment development plans get green light from Moray Council





Plans to build a 12-house development in Elgin have been approved.

Moray Council planners have given the nod to an application lodged by local developers Springfield to construct a dozen apartments with on-site care on land at South Glassgreen Village.

The project is part of phase two of the project.

These apartments would be single bedroomed dwellings, with the development also featuring a staff unit and a communal area.
