A MORAY dance group have just performed two shows at Elgin Town Hall which were so bad one of the nights was a complete sell-out.
Sound strange? Well, it all makes sense when you realise the show was 'Who's the Baddest of them all?' and featured some of the most infamous big screen villains.
In fact, six of them – The Joker, Cruella, The Countess, The Black Swan, Harley Quinn and Catwoman – starred in the production by EJT Dance and Fitness.
The shows on August 18 and 19, featured 60 local dancers aged 11-32, and told the story through commercial, contemporary, ballet, jazz and tap dance. The super villains battled it out for the title of the baddest of them all.
Owner of EJT Dance and Fitness, and director and choreographer of the show, Erika Jayne Todd, said: "Without a message or a story to tell, there would be no show, and this production tells the tale of how flaws, whether in fantasy or real life, can be used to our strengths and make us more powerful."
She added on her Facebook page "Ridiculously proud, overwhelmed, delighted, blessed, grateful, exhausted, emotional.
"Thank you to everyone that came out to support the dancers of EJT.
"My dancers, my girls (and boys) give me life. I Love each of them with my whole heart and you all have blew me away."
