Moray Pictures from the Past: 1964 Last train to Lossie

Here are some pictures of folk aboard the last passenger train to leave Elgin to go to Lossiemouth.
They were taken on April 6, 1964.
Lossiemouth station had previously served the local community for nearly a century, having originally been opened in 1852 by the Morayshire Railway company.
It was closed as part of a series of swingeing cuts during the 1960s which saw more than half of Britain's stations axed in order to save money.
Lossiemouth's station building was demolished and replaced with a playground and bandstand.
Do you have any old photos of Moray dating from the 1950s to 2000s?
