Missing Moray teen Chelsea Phillipson traced “safe and well”

Police have confirmed that Chelsea Phillipson who had been reported missing from Elgin has been found.

Officers had appealed for help to trace the 17-year-old yesterday (June 24).

However, they have confirmed that she has since been traced “safe and well”.
