Forres Mother’s Day Market organised by Market Vibe Events Management to feature local produce
The second seasonal Forres outdoor market will feed and entertain families on Sunday.
Following the popular Forres Family Christmas Market, the Mother’s Day Market is on Sunday, March 30 from 10am-4pm at the former Tesco site between Gordon Street and Caroline Street.
Organiser Kay Thomson of Your Vibe Events Management confirmed it will feature local street food, a dedicated children’s zone and a lively atmosphere.
She said: “Come along, support local and make your Mother's Day special in the heart of Forres!”
Showcased businesses will include Java Rasa, Lettoch Farm Coffee Company, Speyside Kitchen, Qismat Street Food and Events, Popseys Doughnuts, Calum’s Kitchen, Haydn's Woodfired Pizza, Moray Hog Roast Company, Edelwurst Catering, Emma's Fancy Wee Piece, Macone's ICES and AC Events Bar.
AES Solar on nearby Lea Road have provided the space for the event free of charge.
Marketing manager, Hannah Jakobsen, said: “We love seeing this space come to life as a hub for the community during these events.
”This market is the beginning of other upcoming seasonal events that will continue to celebrate the best of Forres, providing a platform for local traders and a fun and vibrant experience for residents."
There will be further markets on August 17, October 19 and November 30.
