A941 Elgin to Lossiemouth road closed after two-vehicle collision

Emergency services remain on the scene after a two-vehicle collision on a busy road.

The A941 between Elgin and Lossiemouth was closed after a car and a mini-van collided at the Muirton Junction, where the road meets the B9135.

The Scottish Ambulance Service and Police Scotland remain on the scene.

An ambulance service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 1240 hours to attend a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the B9135 junction, A941.

“We dispatched one ambulance to the scene.”

Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
