The music for the event will be laid on by Danny Mortimer, Molly Hughes, Forty Elephants, Stein Brass, Sons o the Soil and Bad Actress.

Added to the entertainment will be the chance to enjoy a mulled cider, a boozy hot chocolate, or perhaps some real ale, craft beers and spirits.

Streets food will be provided by The Qismat.

Amongst the sponsors are Billy Miller, Against the Grain, Saltire Security, JT Law and Spey Valley Brewery.

Moktoberfest succeeded in raising £8000 for local good causes.

Tickets for Winterfest are £25 and include £10 in tokens plus a souvenir cup. They are on sale from the town hall’s website.

The event will run from noon to 10pm. Over-18s only.
