Police arrest two men after Moray drugs bust sees cocaine, ecstasy and ketamine recovered from locations in Elgin, Garmouth and Mosstodloch





The recovery of cocaine, ecstasy and ketamine from three locations across Moray has seen two men arrested and charged in connection with drug offences.

At around 6.25am on Tuesday, February 18, officers executed warrants at premises in Tower Place in Elgin, South Road in Garmouth and Speymouth Drive in Mosstodloch.

Alongside the drugs, which have an estimated street value of £814,000, £22,500 in cash was also recovered.

The men, aged 35 and 34, are expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court today, February 19.

Detective Sergeant Sam Harris said: “It’s vital that we prevent illicit drugs reaching our local communities. We encourage anyone with information or concerns about drug-related activity in their area to contact Police Scotland on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
