STUCK for something to do this Easter weekend?
These five events run the gambit from evocative Easter trips on a heritage railway to searching for eggs in incredible historic ruins.
The Keith and Dufftown Railway Association is again hosting their popular Easter Bunny Challenge.
The challenge is being held throughout Easter weekend Friday April 7 – Sunday April 9 and sees kids navigating the "bunny warren" on board the train.
A Keith and Dufftown Railway spokesperson said: "Join us for a gentle Spring journey along the line.
"Keep a look out for lambs, ducklings and – of course – bunnies."
Entry included in the regular ticket price and all entrants will take home a prize.
Trains run to the usual timetable and booking is recommended, but not essential.
All website tickets are one way singles, so be sure to book your outward and return seats.
Brodie Castle is taking part in the National Trust for Scotland's Easter Egg Trails.
Mascot Brodie Bunny, who lives in the Playful Garden playground by the castle, is looking for budding detectives to solve an Easter puzzle and win chocolate.
The £4 event is running from 10am-4pm through Friday, April 7 to Monday, April 10.
A Brodie Castle spokesperson said: "Brodie Bunny needs your help, so join us!
"Follow the Easter Egg Trails, collect the clues, solve the puzzle and save Easter for a chocolatey reward.
"Booking is not required, and those interested can just come along to Brodie Castle on the day."
Family fun activities are also on offer including Bill Spence’s Fairground Ride.
On-site cafés and a burger van will be a welcome relief for those who build up an appetite egg hunting.

The trails also put visitors in the shoes of a top sleuth, looking to solve the mystery of a dastardly egg thief.
Running from Friday, April 7 to Monday, April 10, the activity will take place from 9.30am-5.30pm with last entry at 4.30.
Cheaper rates are available for Historic Scotland members and Young Scot Ticket holders.
A Historic Environment Scotland spokesperson said: "Get ready for a historic Easter trail through some of our most iconic sites including castles, abbeys and forts!
"Work out who has been stealing all the Easter Eggs – your suspects are Ruth the Cat, Grace the Falcon, Dougie the Dog and Wilfred the Wolf.
"Hunt down all of our Easter egg pictures at the site, each with a letter, and use the letters to spell out who the sneaky culprit is.
"If you correctly solve the challenge, a chocolate treat awaits!"
Gordon Castle Walled Garden is hosting a family fun day on Easter Sunday (April 9) from 11am-4pm.
The activities will include face painting, crafts and an easter egg hunt.
Tickets are £9 for a child, including a free adult ticket.
For Friends of the Walled Garden card holders, tickets are £6 with two adult tickets included.
The café will also be open from 11am-4pm, but booking in advance is suggested.
A Gordon Castle Walled Garden spokesperson said: "Everyone here had such good fun last Easter, so we have decided to do it all over again.
"Why not join us for a day of Easter activities on the 9th of April to kick start the school holidays?
"No need to book for activities, turn up on the day and kindly pay entry in the shop."
Finally, Kula Coffee Hut, set in the grounds of the incredible Duffus Castle, is hosting a top Easter Egg Trail.
The event takes place on Saturday, April 8 from 10am-3.30pm.
Providing a unique environment for Easter hunting, tickets are £4 per child and will be on sale at the Hut.
There will be a gift on completion of the trail.
