18-year-old man charged in connection with number plate thefts in Elgin

Police have confirmed that an 18-year-old man has been charged with theft after a number plates were stolen in Elgin last week.

Between Friday February 14 and Sunday, February 16, number plates were removed from 13 vehicles in the Bishopmill area.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
