The deal was confirmed on February 24 taking the business’ combined workforce up to 36.

The business will now continue to serve its client base throughout Moray, the Highlands and Aberdeenshire.

Graeme MacDonald, managing director of Northern Security Alarms, said: “We are delighted to welcome Moray Fire Protection to the Northern Security Alarms family.

“Their proven track record in fire safety and strong presence in Moray and Aberdeenshire complement our existing services perfectly.

“This integration allows us to enhance our offerings and continue providing exceptional service to our valued clients across the region.”

The business says that the transition is expected to be seamless with no disruption to current services.

Stephen Kew of Moray Fire Protection added: “This new chapter marks an exciting opportunity for Moray Fire Protection.

“Becoming part of Northern Security Alarms gives us access to additional resources and expertise while allowing us to continue serving our customers with the same dedication from our Elgin office.

“We look forward to the opportunities ahead.”
