O' my darling Wilma 'tis a year that you've been gone It's hard each day to find the strength to carry on I sit here in the evenings and see your empty chair And ask the mannie up above why aren't you sitting there? Maybe you're in the kitchen or speakin' on yer phone I shout ben, 'Wilma Love, put the kettle on' Alas there is no answer only silence and the pain, I'll never forget you Wilma and pray we'll meet again.
