Thanks to Marafun organisers

Sir, – As a nine-time runner in the Rotary Marafun, I would like to thank Rotary for organising such a wonderful event. In my mind, it brings out the best in Elgin, when old and young, thin and not-so-thin, slow and fast unite for a good cause and have great fun. Elgin smiles during Marafun day.

Special congratulations should go to race director Graham Milne for a slick event. I am looking forward to the next one already. – Yours etc,
